| ［摘要］ 目的 观察窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）光疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗老年慢性湿疹的疗效。方法 将85例老年慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组48例给予NB-UVB光疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗，对照组37例只给予多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗，两组均于治疗8周和12周后判定疗效。结果 实际完成全部疗程治疗组44例，对照组36例。治疗8周和12周后，治疗组有效率分别为61.36%和86.37%，对照组有效率分别为47.22%和55.55%，治疗12周后两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 NB-UVB光疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗老年慢性湿疹临床效果良好，不良反应少，复发率低。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the efficacy of Narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) phototherapy combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on chronic eczema in elderly patients. Methods Eighty-five elderly patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group(n=48) was treated with NB-UVB phototherapy combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream. The control group(n=37) was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream alone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were determined after 8 and 12 weeks of treatment. Results Forty-four cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group actually completed the whole course of treatment. After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 61.36% and 86.37%, respectively, and that of the control group was 47.22% and 55.55%, respectively. The difference in the effective rate was statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group after 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion NB-UVB phototherapy combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream has good clinical effect on chronic eczema in elderly patients, with less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate. |
