| ［摘要］ 代谢相关脂肪性肝病（MAFLD）是一组高度异质性疾病，与代谢功能障碍密切相关，而代谢综合征是一组具有中心性肥胖、血脂异常、高血压、糖尿病或葡萄糖耐量异常的综合征。MAFLD通常被认为是代谢综合征的肝脏表现，胰岛素抵抗是MAFLD和代谢综合征的关键联系。MAFLD的患病率变化与代谢综合征流行趋势相平行，发生率依然呈上升趋势，两者互为因果，共同导致代谢心血管和肝脏疾病并发症的发生。生活方式干预是其防治的基石，多学科协作是未来MAFLD与代谢综合征患者管理的新型模式。该文对MAFLD与代谢综合征的相关性的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD) is a group of highly heterogeneous diseases closely related to metabolic dysfunction, while metabolic syndrome is a group of syndrome with central obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, or impaired glucose tolerance. MAFLD is generally considered to be the hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome, and insulin resistance is considered to be the key link between MAFLD and metabolic syndrome. The change in the prevalence rate of MAFLD is parallel to the epidemic trend of metabolic syndrome, and the prevalence rate continues to increase in an upward trend, and they make cause and effect each other, leading to the occurrence of metabolic, cardiovascular and hepatic complications. Lifestyle intervention is the cornerstone of its prevention and treatment, and multidisciplinary collaboration is a new model for management of patients with MAFLD and metabolic syndrome in the future. This paper reviews the research progress in the relationship between MAFLD and metabolic syndrome. |
