活体共聚焦显微镜检测糖尿病患者角膜病变的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 活体共聚焦显微镜能够快速地、无创地、高分辨率地检测角膜各层组织细胞形态结构,该检测在角膜病变的诊断中起着至关重要的作用。糖尿病发病率越来越高,其严重的并发症不仅影响患者的生活质量,还增加家庭及社会的经济负担。糖尿病眼部并发症有糖尿病视网膜病变、白内障及角膜病变。该文对IVCM检测糖尿病患者角膜病变的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] In-vivo confocal microscopy(IVCM) can detect the morphological structure of corneal tissues and cells of each layer in a rapid, non-invasive and high-resolution manner, which is crucial in the diagnosis of corneal lesions. The incidence of diabetes is getting higher and higher, and its serious complications not only affect the patients′ quality of life, but also increase the financial burden on the families and society. Diabetic ocular complications include diabetic retinopathy, cataract and corneal diseases. In this paper, we review the research progress of IVCM in detecting corneal lesions in diabetic patients.
