| [摘要] 目的 分析单孔胸腔镜同期治疗双肺多发肺结节的效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月在东营市中医院(东营市胜利医院)胸心外科实施单孔胸腔镜下肺叶/亚肺叶切除同期治疗双肺多发肺结节24例患者的临床资料。其中男15例,女9例;年龄51~79(64.5±8.4)岁。一侧肺叶+一侧亚肺叶切除3例,双侧亚肺叶切除21例。结果 所有患者顺利完成手术并出院。手术时间90~254(162.1±50.9)min,术后住院时间4~13(7.1±2.3)d,术后胸腔引流带管时间2~4(2.8±0.8)d。术后并发症肺部感染2例,刀口愈合不良1例,咳嗽不适4例,术后憋喘不适4例。结论 单孔胸腔镜同期治疗双肺多发肺结节可行性良好,治疗效果满意。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of uniportal-video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) on simultaneous treatment of multiple pulmonary nodules in both lungs. Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with multiple pulmonary nodules in both lungs who were treated with single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy/sublobectomy in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Shandong Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Dongying Shengli Hospital) from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, among whom there were 15 males and 9 females, and their age ranged from 51 to 79 (64.5±8.4)years. One lung lobectomy plus one sublobectomy was performed in 3 cases, and bilateral sublobectomy were performed in 21 cases. Results All the patients underwent successful surgery and were discharged from the hospital. The operation time was 90-254(162.1±50.9)minutes, and the postoperative hospitalization time was 4-13(7.1±2.3)days, and the time of placing postoperative thoracic drainage tube was 2-4(2.8±0.8)days. The postoperative complications included 2 cases of pulmonary infection, 1 case of poor wound healing, 4 cases of cough discomfort and 4 cases of postoperative dyspnea discomfort. Conclusion It is feasible to treat multiple pulmonary nodules simultaneously in both lungs with single-pore thoracoscope and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory. |
