| ［摘要］ 急性心肌梗死（AMI）的发病率和病死率逐年上升。血运重建的应用有效缓解了AMI患者的症状，但部分患者经皮冠状动脉介入术后心功能并未得到改善。评估存活心肌对AMI患者的治疗策略选择、疗效评价和预后判断尤为重要，无创影像学方法是评估存活心肌的可靠方法。该文对评估存活心肌的无创影像学方法特点和各方法间相关性作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The incidence and mortality of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) are increasing year by year. The application of revascularization can effectively relieve the symptoms of AMI patients, but the cardiac function of some patients is not improved after percutaneous coronary intervention. Evaluation of viable myocardium is particularly important for the selection of treatment strategies, evaluation of efficacy and prognosis of patients with AMI. Noninvasive imaging is a reliable method to evaluate viable myocardium. This paper reviews the characteristics of noninvasive imaging methods for evaluating viable myocardium and their correlations. |
