| ［摘要］ 新型冠状病毒感染给全球各地的医疗卫生系统带来了巨大的挑战。器官移植受者因长期免疫抑制，面临新型冠状病毒感染，重症和死亡风险均高于普通人群。经过3年多的医学探索，新型冠状病毒感染的防治措施已取得一定效果。该文就病毒与人类的演化与适应、新型冠状病毒感染预防和治疗进行述评，为器官移植受者新型冠状病毒感染的防治提供临床参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has posed huge challenges to healthcare systems around the world. Organ transplant recipients face higher risk of infection, severe illness and death from COVID-19 than the general population because of long-term immunosuppression. After more than 3 years of medical exploration, the prevention and treatment measures of COVID-19 have abtained certain achievement. In this paper, the evolution and adaptation between the virus and human, and the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 are reviewed, providing clinical reference of the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 for organ transplant recipients. |
