| ［摘要］ 为了应对人口老龄化日益加剧及生活方式变化导致的相关疾病发生率逐渐升高等问题，广西壮族自治区人民医院（广西医学科学院）对如何在广西开展主动健康服务进行了探索。该文从主动健康的时代背景、主动健康及服务体系的定义和内涵进行阐述，并从健康科普、平台赋能、应用推广、“三级三全”、三方协同等5个维度，探索构建广西主动健康服务体系，为进一步推动传统医学模式向主动健康医学模式转变提供借鉴。 |

| ［Abstract］ In order to cope with the problems of the increasing incidence of related diseases due to the increasing ageing of the population and changes in lifestyle, the People′s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(Guangxi Academy of Medical Sciences) has made an exploration on how to carry out the proactive healthcare service in Guangxi. This paper elaborates on the times background of proactive healthcare, the definition and connotation of proactive healthcare and service system, and explores the construction of Guangxi′s proactive healthcare service system from five dimensions: health science popularization, platform empowerment, application promotion, “three tiers and three alls”, and tripartite collaboration, providing reference for further promoting the transformation of the traditional medical mode to the proactive healthcare medical mode. |
