组蛋白乳酸化参与调控炎症疾病的组织损伤修复的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 炎症疾病的病理生理机制涉及到表观遗传学调控。组蛋白的翻译后修饰是表观遗传的重要组成部分,衍生自乳酸的组蛋白乳酸化是近年来发现的新型组蛋白翻译后修饰,包括巨噬细胞在内的免疫细胞在炎症疾病组织损伤修复中发挥重要作用。组蛋白乳酸化修饰作为表观遗传修饰介导免疫细胞修复基因、糖酵解基因表达调控及免疫细胞程序性死亡,从而参与调控炎症疾病的组织损伤修复。该文对组蛋白乳酸化参与调控炎症疾病的组织损伤修复的研究进展作一综述。

Research progress on the involvement of histone lactylation in regulating tissue damage repair in inflammatory diseases

Abstract:
[Abstract] The pathophysiological mechanisms of inflammatory diseases involve epigenetic regulation. The post-translational modification of histones is an important component of epigenetics, and the lactylated histones derived from lactic acid is a novel post-translational modification of histones discovered in recent years. Immune cells, including macrophages, play an important role in the repair of tissue damage in inflammatory diseases. Histone lactylation modification, as an epigenetic modification, mediates the expression regulation of immune cell repair genes, glycolytic genes, and programmed cell death, thereby participating in the regulation of tissue damage repair in inflammatory diseases. In this paper, the research progress on the involvement of histone lactylation in regulating tissue damage repair in inflammatory diseases is reviewed.
