［摘要］　18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖（18F-FDG）正电子发射计算机断层/电子计算机断层扫描（PET/CT）显像在临床应用中较为广泛，标准化摄取值（SUV）是重要的半定量指标，对于疾病的早期诊断和鉴别诊断、预测肿瘤治疗的早期响应和疗效监测具有重要意义。该文就18F-FDG PET/CT显像中SUV测量技术、影响因素及临床应用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT) imaging is widely used in clinical practice, and standardized uptake value(SUV) is an important semi-quantitative indicator, which is of great significance for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases, prediction of early response to tumor treatment, and monitoring of therapeutic efficacy. In this paper, the research progress on measurement techniques, influencing factors and clinical applications of SUV in 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging is reviewed.
