Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the application effect of group social interaction intervention combined with precise family intervention in paediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods A total of 52 paediatric patients with ASD who were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation of Xuzhou Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from May 2022 to December 2022 were recruited and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine group social interaction intervention training, and the observation group received routine group social interaction intervention combined with precise family intervention. The intervention time was 6 months in both groups. The scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS), Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC), and Neuropsychological Development Examination Table for Children and Psychoeducational Profile-Third Edition(PEP-3) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, ATEC and CARS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05), and the ATEC and CARS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of adaptive ability, language and individual-social interaction behavior of the Neuropsychological Development Examination Table for Children, and the scores of social interaction ability, self-care ability of daily living and cognitive ability of PEP-3 in both groups were significantly higher compared with those before intervention(P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the gross motor and fine motor scores of the Neuropsychological Development Examination Table for Children in both group were significantly higher compared with those before intervention(P<0.05), but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Group social interaction intervention combined with precise family intervention can effectively improve the social interaction ability, cognitive ability and self-care ability of daily living in paediatric patients with ASD.
