| [摘要] 随着生活条件的改善,人们对美观要求越来越高,驱动着微创技术的发展,外科医师也在不断探索更加微创的腔镜手术方式。目前在乳腺外科,腔镜技术已被众多乳腺外科医师接纳,特别是腔镜乳房重建技术得到了迅速发展,术后乳房皮肤无瘢痕更是医师和患者的共同愿望。在众多乳房重建手术中,具有重建后乳房自然圆润、触觉柔软优势的大网膜乳房重建逐渐受到关注。笔者根据10多年的经验,就全腔镜乳腺癌根治即时带蒂大网膜乳房重建手术的价值及发展前景进行探讨,为致力于乳腺腔镜技术的专家学者在外科治疗中提供参考。 |

| [Abstract] With the improvement of living conditions, people have higher and higher requirements for aesthetics, which drives the development of minimally invasive technology, and surgeons are also constantly exploring more minimally invasive endoscopic surgery methods. At present, endoscopic technique has been accepted by many breast surgeons in breast surgery, especially the endoscopic breast reconstruction technique has been rapidly developed. The result of achieving scar-free breast skin after surgery is a common expectation of both doctors and patients. In many breast reconstruction operations, breast reconstruction using omental flap, which has the advantages of natural roundness and soft touch of the breast after the reconstruction, has attracted more and more attention. Based on the experience of more than 10 years, the authors discuss the value and development prospect of the total endoscopic technique in immediate breast reconstruction using omental flap after breast cancer radical operation in this paper, and are dedicated to providing a reference for the experts and scholars who are committed to breast endoscopic technique in surgical treatment. |
