系统免疫炎症指数与糖尿病并发症的研究进展

摘要:
［摘要］　糖尿病并发症包括糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病心脑血管病变、糖尿病周围神经病变和糖尿病足等，患者的预后和结局普遍较差，严重威胁人类的健康。炎症是糖尿病并发症的潜在发病机制。相关血液炎症标志物与糖尿病并发症的研究日益增多。系统免疫炎症指数（SII）是一种新型的炎症标志物，综合了中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及血小板等指标，可较精确地评估机体炎症状态。该文对SII与糖尿病并发症的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Diabetic complications include diabetic kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic cardio-cerebrovascular disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy and diabetic foot. The prognosis and outcomes of patients with diabetic complications are generally poor, and diabetic complications pose a serious threat to human health. Inflammation is a potential pathogenesis of diabetic complications. There are more and more studies on the related blood inflammatory markers and diabetic complications. Systemic immune-inflammatory index (SII) is a novel inflammatory marker, which integrates neutrophils, lymphocytes and platelets to more accurately evaluate the inflammatory state of the body. In this paper, the research progress of SII and diabetic complications is reviewed.
