| ［摘要］ 儿童间质性肺疾病（chILD）是一组复杂且异质性显著的疾病，主要影响儿童的肺部间质，引起患儿呼吸困难和肺功能下降，给儿童的生长发育带来重大影响。chILD的早期诊断和有效治疗面临诸多挑战，目前诊断方法主要为影像学检查和肺组织活检等。该病的治疗策略需根据具体病因和患者的个体情况进行调整，治疗方法包括药物治疗、呼吸支持及肺移植等。该文对儿童间质性肺疾病的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Childhood interstitial lung diseases(chILD) are a complex and significantly heterogeneous group of diseases that mainly affect the interstitial tissues of children′s lungs, leading to respiratory distress and decrease in lung function, which has a significant impact on the children′s growth and development. Early diagnosis and effective treatment of chILD face many challenges. At present, the diagnostic methods for chILD mainly include imaging examinations and lung tissue biopsies. The treatment strategy for chILD needs to be adjusted according to the specific cause of disease and the individual situation of the patient. Treatment methods include medication, respiratory support and lung transplantation. In this paper, the research progress of chILD is reviewed. |
