摘要:
[摘要] 去甲二氢愈创木酸(NDGA)是从植物常青灌木分叉拉瑞阿中提取的一种化合物。NDGA因其具有抗氧化性而被用于食品加工业。NDGA还被证实具有免疫调节、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗血管生成、抗生殖和抗纤维化等药理作用,提示NDGA在疾病治疗中具有重要潜在价值。关于NDGA在疾病治疗中的作用及机制尚无系统总结。该文对NDGA药理作用及机制的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Nordihydroguaiaretic acid(NDGA) is a chemical compound extracted from the evergreen shrub fork Larrea divaricata. NDGA is used in the food processing industry due to the discovery of antioxidant properties in it. NDGA has also been proved to have pharmacological effects such as immune regulation, antibacterial action, antivirus activity, anti-tumor activity, anti-angiogenesis, anti-reproduction and anti-fibrosis, suggesting that NDGA has important potential value in the treatment of diseases. However, the role and mechanism of NDGA in the treatment of diseases have not been systematically summarized at present. In this paper, the research progress on pharmacological effects and mechanisms of NDGA is reviewed.
