声动力疗法治疗骨髓炎的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 骨髓炎是由细菌感染引起的深部组织感染性炎症,持续感染会导致骨组织溶解和坏死,其治疗因耐药菌株的出现和细菌生物膜的形成而变得复杂。声动力疗法作为一种新兴的抗感染方法,利用超声激活声敏剂产生活性氧,有效杀灭细菌并破坏其生物膜,对耐药菌引起的感染具有很好的疗效。该文对声动力疗法治疗骨髓炎的研究进展作一综述。

Research progress of sonodynamic therapy for osteomyelitis

Abstract:
[Abstract] Osteomyelitis is an infectious inflammation of deep tissues caused by bacterial infection. Persistent infection leads to dissolution and necrosis of bone tissues. The treatment of osteomyelitis becomes complicated because of the emergence of drug-resistant strains and the formation of bacterial biofilms. As a new anti-infection method, sonodynamic therapy(SDT) can effectively kill bacteria and destroy the biofilms of the bacteria by activating the reactive oxygen species(ROS) generated by acoustic sensitizer with ultrasound, which has a good effect on infection caused by drug-resistant bacteria.In this paper, the research progress of SDT for osteomyelitis is reviewed.
