［摘要］　儿童幽门螺杆菌感染诊治面临诸多挑战，可选择药物少，耐药率高，依从性差，影响根除率。该文分析儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的诊治现状，剖析难点，展望未来，以期为临床实践和研究提供参考。

Abstract:

［Abstract］　The diagnosis and treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in children are faced with many challenges, such as limited medicine options, high drug resistance rate and poor compliance, which affect the eradication rate. This paper aims at analyzing the current status of diagnosis and treatment of Hp infection in children, analyzing the difficulties and exploring the future prospects, in order to provide reference for clinical practice and research.
