| ［摘要］ 银屑病是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，发病机制尚未完全明确，目前研究认为免疫异常在其发生和发展中起重要作用。白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）是白细胞介素-1家族的重要成员，具有较强的促炎作用。在银屑病皮损中，IL-1β表达显著升高，且在病理生理过程中发挥关键作用。此外，IL-1β的基因多态性会影响其转录与表达，并与银屑病密切相关。该文对IL-1β与银屑病关系的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, and its pathogenesis is not yet fully clear. At present, researches suggest that immune abnormalities play a significant role in the occurrence and development of psoriasis. Interleukin-1β(IL-1β) is an important member of the interleukin-1 family and has a strong pro-inflammatory effect. In psoriasis lesions, the expression of IL-1β is significantly increased and plays a key role in the pathophysiological process. In addition, the polymorphism of the genes of IL-1β can affect its transcription and expression, and is closely related to psoriasis. In this paper, the research progress in relationship between IL-1β and psoriasis is reviewed. |
