| ［摘要］ 输血相关性移植物抗宿主病（TA-GVHD）是一种罕见但极为严重的输血并发症。输血相关性移植物抗宿主病临床诊治专家共识（2025年版）编写委员会组织我国输血科、血液科及消化科等领域的专家学者制订了《输血相关性移植物抗宿主病临床诊治专家共识（2025年版）》，就TA-GVHD相关的辅助检查、诊断与鉴别诊断、预防及治疗策略提出了专家共识意见。 |

| ［Abstract］ Transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease(TA-GVHD) is a rare but extremely serious complication of blood transfusion. The Editorial Committee of Expert Consensus on the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Transfusion-Associated Graft-versus-Host Disease(2025 Edition) organized the experts in China from the fields of blood transfusion department, hematology department and digestive department to formulate Expert Consensus on the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Transfusion-Associated Graft-versus-Host Disease(2025 Edition). This consensus puts forward expert consensus opinions on the auxiliary examinations related to TA-GVHD, the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of TA-GVHD, and the prevention and treatment strategies of TA-GVHD. |
