广西地方标准《超声引导下针刀治疗技术规范》解读

摘要:
［摘要］　超声引导下针刀治疗作为一种结合现代影像学技术和传统中医针刀疗法的创新治疗手段，近年来在广西壮族自治区一定范围内得到了应用。为了规范这一技术的操作，确保患者的安全和治疗的有效性，2024年6月，广西壮族自治区市场监督管理局发布了《超声引导下针刀治疗技术规范》（以下简称《规范》），为广西壮族自治区行政区域内医疗机构开展此项治疗操作提供了全面、系统、专业的超声引导针刀诊疗操作准则。该文从发布背景和意义、主要规范内容和特点等方面对《规范》进行详细剖析，重点解读《规范》实施过程中的技术要点，以帮助医疗人员更好地理解并运用《规范》开展工作。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Ultrasound-guided needle-knife therapy, as an innovative treatment method combining modern imaging techniques with traditional Chinese medicine needle-knife therapy, has been applied in certain areas of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in recent years. In order to standardize the operation of this technique and ensure the safety of the patients and the effectiveness of the treatment, the Market Supervision Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued the Guangxi local standard Technical Specifications for Ultrasound-Guided Needle-Knife Therapy(the Specifications) in June 2024. It provides comprehensive, systematic and professional operation guidelines for the medical institutions within the administrative region of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to perform the treatment operation using ultrasound-guided needle knife. This paper provides detailed dissections of the Specifications, covering its release background and significance, main content, and characteristics. It focuses on interpreting the technical key points of the Specifications during its implementation, aiming to assist medical staffs in better understanding and applying the Specifications in their work.
