GSDMD介导的细胞焦亡机制及其在非小细胞肺癌临床转化中的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 肺癌的发病率和病死率长期位居恶性肿瘤前列,严重威胁居民健康,已成为我国重要公共卫生问题。细胞焦亡是一种新型程序性细胞死亡方式,近年来受到广泛关注。研究证实,GSDMD作为细胞焦亡的关键效应分子,与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。在非小细胞肺癌中,GSDMD的高表达在疾病的发生、发展、治疗、耐药以及预后方面均展现出显著作用。该文对GSDMD介导的细胞焦亡机制及其在非小细胞肺癌临床转化中的研究进展作一综述。

Research progress in the mechanism of GSDMD-mediated pyroptosis and its clinical translation in non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract:
[Abstract] The incidence and mortality rates of lung cancer have been long ranked top among malignant tumors, posing a serious threat to public health and becoming a major public health issue in China. Pyroptosis is a novel type of programmed cell death and has received extensive attention in recent years. Researches have confirmed that gasdermin D(GSDMD), as a key effector molecule of pyroptosis, is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. In non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), the high expression of GSDMD plays a significant role in the occurrence, development, treatment, drug resistance and prognosis of the disease. In this paper, the research progress in the mechanism of GSDMD-mediated pyroptosis and its clinical translation in non-small cell lung cancer is reviewed.
