铁死亡在心血管疾病发生发展中的分子机制及临床研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 细胞死亡在疾病病理生理进程中扮演着关键角色,深入解析其发生机制及调控网络具有重要的科学意义。作为一种新型程序性细胞死亡方式,铁死亡参与调控多种心血管疾病的病理进程,并可能成为潜在的干预靶点。该文对铁死亡在心血管疾病发生发展中的分子机制及临床研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Cell death plays a crucial role in the pathophysiological processes of diseases, and in-depth analysis on its mechanisms and regulatory networks is of great scientific significance. As a novel form of programmed cell death, ferroptosis is involved in regulating and controlling the pathological processes of various cardiovascular diseases and may become a potential intervention target. In this paper, the advances in molecular mechanisms and clinical researches of ferroptosis in the development and progression of cardiovascular diseases are reviewed.
