阿尔茨海默病血脂学说新视角:与脑结构和功能相关的MRI研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是痴呆最常见的类型,其病理机制尚未完全阐明。血脂异常作为多种慢性疾病的重要影响因素,也是AD的可控风险因素之一。血脂异常可能通过β-淀粉样蛋白及tau蛋白沉积、引发神经炎症反应、造成血-脑屏障损伤、与遗传易感性相互作用等多个途径,致使AD患者大脑灰质、白质以及脑网络连接等发生改变,从而导致认知功能障碍,但其具体作用机制尚不明确。该文从血脂学说角度对AD与脑结构和功能相关的MRI研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Alzheimer′s disease(AD) is the most common type of dementia, and its pathological mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. Dyslipidemia, as a significant contributing factor to various chronic diseases, is also a controllable risk factor for AD. Dyslipidemia may lead to changes in gray and white matter as well as brain network connectivity in AD patients through multiple pathways, including β-amyloid protein and tau protein deposition, induction of neuroinflammatory responses, causing damage to the blood-brain barrier, and interactions with genetic susceptibility, ultimately resulting in cognitive dysfunction. However, the specific mechanisms remain unclear. This paper reviews the research progress of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) related to AD and brain structure and function from the perspective of the lipid theory.
