富血小板血浆治疗压力性尿失禁的研究进展

摘要:
［摘要］　压力性尿失禁（SUI）在女性人群中发病率较高，限制患者日常活动能力，严重影响其生活质量，给患者带来沉重的心理负担与经济负担。富血小板血浆（PRP）是由全血离心制备的血小板浓缩物，含有多种生长因子，具有促进细胞增殖修复和血管再生等作用，已在再生医学中得到广泛应用。目前PRP技术作为治疗SUI的新兴治疗技术受到广泛关注。该文对PRP治疗SUI的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Stress urinary incontinence(SUI) has a high incidence in the female population, limiting the patients′ daily activities and significantly affecting their quality of life, imposing a heavy psychological and economic burden on the patients. Platelet-rich plasma(PRP) is a concentrate of platelets prepared by centrifugation of whole blood, containing various growth factors that promote cell proliferation, repair, and vascular regeneration, and has been widely applied in regenerative medicine. Currently, PRP, as an emerging treatment for SUI, has received widespread attention. This paper reviews the research progress of PRP in treatment of SUI.
