| ［摘要］ 目的 观察依托咪酯乳剂复合雷米芬太尼对小儿麻醉中血动学的影响。方法 随机分两组（ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，手术时间1～1.5 h，年龄3～7岁）。对照组用丙泊酚+芬太尼，研究组用依托咪酯乳剂+雷米芬太尼。评价指标：SBP、DBP、HR在T1(插管前)、T2(插管后)、T3（手术30′）、T4 （１ ｈ）、T5（术毕）各时点的数值变化, 苏醒时间与拔管时间。结果 与T1比较研究组在T3、T4时HR有所下降（P<0.05），SBP于T2有所下降（P<0.05）。两组间相比较，于T2、T3、T4、T5时对照组HR、SBP、DBP均有所降低。与对照组相比较，苏醒时间与拔管时间明显缩短（P<0.01）。结论 在较短时间的小儿手术麻醉中，依托咪酯乳剂复合雷米芬太尼对患儿的血动学的影响要小于丙泊酚复合芬太尼，而且苏醒时间与拔管时间明显缩短。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of etomidate/remifentanil in the anesthesia of pediatrics. Methods Forty-four patiens (ASAⅠ～Ⅱ, aged 3～7 y；on operation time:1～1.5 h) were randomly divided into two group：propofol/fentanly, etomidate/remifentanil.The change of SBP、DBP、HR at the times T1、T2、T3、T4，time of regain consciousness、pull out the tube were evaluated. Results When compared with T1, HR in the study group fell at T3、T4，SBP in the study group fell at T2(P<0.05).in comparison between two groups, SBP、DBP、HR in propofol/fentanyl group fell at T2、T3、T4、T5(P<0.05)，time of regain consciousness、 pull out the tube in study group obviously reduced (P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with propofol/fentaly the effect of short-time use of etomidat/ remifenani/ on in the study group obviously reduce in anesthesia of pediatrics. |
