| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨富露施治疗急性支气管炎的效果。方法 选择确诊的200例急性支气管炎，随机等比分成治疗组和对照组。均在控制感染的基础上，治疗组口服富露施，对照组口服必嗽平，均不用其它镇咳化痰药物及糖皮质激素，疗程5 d。观察两组治疗前、治疗后3 d及5 d咳嗽频度、咳嗽强度、咳痰量、咳痰难易程度评分及综合评分变化。结果 两组治疗后咳嗽频度、咳嗽强度、咳痰量、咳痰难易程度均较治疗前明显减轻（P<0.01）；治疗后3天两组咳嗽频度、咳嗽强度、咳痰量、咳痰难易程度的有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组咳嗽、咳痰持续时间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 富露施治疗急性支气管炎疗效显著、依从性好、安全度高。 |

| The therapeutic effect of fluimucil on children with acute bronchitis |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of fluimucil on children with acute bronchitis.Methods Two hundred cases with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases).Both groups adopted anti-infection, fluimucil was given in treatment group and control group used bromhexin.The treatment course was designed to be 5 days.And then the symptoms and duration were observed and compared.Results After 3 day course of treatment, the effects on cough and sputum were much better in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01).Compared with control group, the cases in treatment group were more significant in disappearence of cough and sputum(P<0.01).The total improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 99% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group with a statistic significance（P<0.01).Conclusion Fluimucil in treatment of acute bronchitis is effective and safe with a good compliance. |
