| ［摘要］ 目的 评价奥沙利铂和伊利替康交替化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的有效性和安全性。方法 伊利替康125mg/m2，LV100mg/m2, 5-FU 500mg/m2, 第1 d，第8 d给药；奥沙利铂65mg/m2, LV 100mg/m2, 5-FU 500mg/m2, 第15 d，第16 d给药。结果 入组36例患者，有效率（RR ）50.00%, 临床获益率（CBR） 88.89%。总生存（OS） 6～28个月，平均生存时间（MST） 15个月，中位疾病进展时间（mTTP） 10.3个月。常见的不良反应是感觉神经毒性、血液学毒性、腹泻、恶心呕吐，均较轻微。结论 此方案治疗晚期大肠癌具有良好的疗效和安全性。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate effectivity and safety of an alternating regimen of irinotecan/5-FU/folinic acid and oxaliplatin/ 5-FU/folinic acid in advanced colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods Advanced CRC patients received irinotecan 125mg/m2, LV 100mg/m2, 5-FU 500mg/m2 on days 1, 8. oxaliplatin 65mg/m2, LV 100mg/m2, 5-FU 500mg/m2 on days 15, 16, every 28 days.Results Thirty-six patients enrolled into this study. RR was 50.00%, clinical benefic rate(CBR) 88.89%， overal survival(OS) 6～28 months, mean time to progression(MST) 15 months，mTTP 10.3 months.Conclusion This regimen is an effective, acceptable and salfe methods in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. |
