| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨水囊填塞宫腔治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的止血效果。方法 采用避孕套导尿管自制的水囊，填塞宫腔24～48 h，观察手术操作完成时间、止血时间、止血效果。结果 水囊填塞手术操作完成时间5～8 min, 止血所需时间3～10 min，控制产后出血的有效率为96.6%。结论 自制的水囊，填塞宫腔取材方便，操作简单、快速，是治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的一种快速止血的简易方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the hemostatic effect of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia treated by padding with water pocket.Methods The self-made water pocket made from condom and catheter were used to pad the uterine cavity for 24～48 hours, the operation-needed time, the hemostasis-needed time, the hemostatic effect were observed.Results The operation-needed time was 5～8 min, the hemostasis-needed time was 3～10 min. The effective rate of controling postpartum hemorrhage was 96.6%. Conclusion Using self-made water pocket to pad the uterine cavity is a fast and simple method for controling postpartum hemorrhage, which is easy in drawing materials and simple and rapid in operation. |
