| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨间接喉镜下腺样体刮除术的可行性和优点。方法 回顾总结我院2005-01～2008-01用间接喉镜行腺样体刮除治疗的96例患儿临床资料。结果 96例患儿术中均完整切除腺样体组织，术野清晰，术时短，无残体存留，无咽鼓管损伤等并发症，恢复快。全组随访6～12个月，症状缓解均无复发。结论 间接喉镜下刮除腺样体手术较传统腺样体切除直观、安全、迅速、彻底，且不易损伤腺样体周围组织，并发症少、恢复快、疗效满意，大大减轻患者的医疗费用，是一种值得推广的手术方式。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss possibility and advantage of adenoidectomy that was performed under indirect laryngoscope. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients whose adenoidectomy were performed under indirect laryngoscope from January 2005 to January 2008 were retrospectively summarized.Results All the patients followed up for 6 to 12 months were significantly improved in their clinical symptoms following the surgery. No patient complained of complications postoperatively. The surgical procedure was time-saving and the operative field was clear.Conclusion Adenoidectomy under indirect laryngoscope is easier performed than traditional adenoidectomy and it is more effective, economical surgical procedure. As well, it is safer and it satisfies surgeons and patients. |
