| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨临床拍摄的曲面断层片垂直方向的放大率。方法 本研究通过在50例拟行种植治疗的患者颌骨的缺牙区域放置5 mm的钢球并行曲面断层片检查，测量X光片上钢球的直径，计算其放大率。结果 曲面断层片垂直方向上的放大率平均值为24.51%，频数分布表显示测量值大部分为20%～24%，未出现明显的失真现象。结论 临床拍摄的曲面断层片垂直方向的放大率较稳定，与机器固有放大率相近，但有约16%的测量值出现较大的偏差。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the amplication ratio of panoramic radiograph.Methods Fifty cases were examined with panoramic radiograph before implant placement, during which steil balls with 5mm diametter were placed in the edentulous area. Then diameter of the steil balls in the X ray film was measured and amplication ratio were calculated.Results The mean of the amplication ratio in the vertical direction was 24.51%, and the frequency distribution table showed most of the value was in 20%～24%. No obvious distribution was observed.Conclusion The amplication ratio of the vertical direction is relatively stable and similar to the innate amplication ratio. But 16% of the cases shows more deviation. |
