| ［摘要］ 目的 分析急性心肌梗死的特殊症状类型及误诊原因，以便提高救治成功率。方法 回顾性分析2005-01～2009-01救治的36例症状不典型的急性心肌梗死患者的资料，从年龄组成、症状体征、梗死部位、误诊情况进行分析。结果 中老年人因神经退行性病变，在合并多种慢性病的情况下，一旦发生急性心肌梗死时，极易出现不典型的症状，易造成误诊。结论 急救医师应当对中老年急性心肌梗死多样性的症状有深刻的认识，以免误诊误治，造成严重后果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the specific symptoms of acute myocardial infarction and causes of misdiagnosis of the type to improve the success rate of treatment.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with atypical symptoms of acute myocardial infarction were retrospectively analyzed.The data included the age, the signs and symptoms, infarct location, and misdiagnosing status.Results Because of neurodegenerative diseases and a variety of chronic diseases, in the event of acute myocardial infarction, the highly atypical symptoms were easy to occur and caused misdiagnosis.Conclusion The first-aid medical personnel should know the diversity of the symptoms in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and have an in-depth understanding of the symptoms to avoid serious consequences of misdiagnosis and mistreatment. |
