| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨不同年龄小儿脑性瘫痪的康复治疗效果。方法 将104例患儿按不同年龄分为0～6个月、7～12个月、13～54个月三组，各组采用针对性的治疗方法。并对三组患儿治疗前后GMFM差值均值进行对比。结果 三组间患儿的疗效差异有统计学极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 早期诊断和治疗可以减轻患儿功能障碍程度，获得良好的治疗效果，且确诊和开始治疗年龄越小效果越好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To probe into the treatment effect of rehabilitation on children with cerebral palsy from different age groups.Methods One hundred and four children with cerebral palsy were divided into 3 groups according to the disparity in age. Group one was from 0 month to 6 months, group two 7 to 12 months and group three 13 to 54 months. Each group children were given directional treatment. The differentials and the mean result of GMFM before treatment and after treatment were compared.Results The treatment result differences of the three groups were of great significance(P<0.01).Conclusion It shows that the early diagnosis and treatment may reduce the children function disorder degree and then obtain better treatment effects and more importantly, the earlier the accurate dianogsis and treatment begin, the better the results is. |
