| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨蓝芩口服液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法 采用蓝芩口服液加常规药物治疗者为观察组，单用常规药物治疗者为对照组。结果 观察组患儿在病程、退热时间、疱疹消退时间上明显短于对照组。结论 蓝芩口服液治疗手足口病病程短，退热快，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of infantile hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods The treatment group received lanqin oral liqnid and the conventional treatment.The control group received the conventional medicine treatment.Results The course of disease, fever clearance time, and the blister measles retrogression time in the treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group.Conclusion Using lanqin oral liquid for the treatment of hand - foot -mouth disease can shorten course of disease, bring down a fever quickly, obtain remarkable effect, so is worth the clinical promotion. |
