| ［摘要］ 目的 观察解剖钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法 对60例骨折软组织损伤状态全部进行正确评价及处理，然后行开放复位解剖钢板内固定，大部分植骨处理。结果 本组病例均获得随访，平均1.5年。骨折愈合时间10～20周，平均15周。其中7例出现切口浅表感染及皮缘变黑坏死，2例出现深部感染及软组织缺损。踝关节功能按Mazur标准，优28例，良22例，可6例，差4例，优良率83.33%。结论 对Pilon骨折行开放复位解剖钢板内固定有优良的治疗效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of internal fixation with anatomical plate for Pilon fractures.Methods The damage condition of tissue of 60 patieents with Pilon was rightly appreciated and processed. All the patients were treated by open reduction,internal fixation and most patients were additionally treated with plant bone.Results The patients were followed for an of 1.5 years. Fracture healing time ranged from 10 to 20 weeks, with an average of 15 weeks. Of them 7 patients had superficial infection and skin incision edge of black necrosis, 2 patients had deep infection and soft tissue defect. Ankle joint function was evaluated by mazur standard: and the results were as follows：excellent in 28 patiats, good in 22 patiats, fair in 6 patiats and poor in 4 patiats, the excellont and good rate was 83.33%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the open reduction and internal fixation with anatomical plate for Pilon fractures is excellent. |
