| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨腓肠肌内侧头岛状肌皮瓣在修复膝部软组织缺损的临床应用。方法 用腓肠肌内侧头岛状肌皮瓣向前向上翻转90～160°修复膝前、膝上下端及内侧创面13例。结果 肌皮瓣全部获得I期愈合，膝关节功能良好。结论 腓肠肌内侧头岛状肌皮瓣转位是修复膝部（外侧除外）皮肤软组织缺损的较好方式。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the use of caput mediale musculi gastrocnemii island myocutaneous flap in repairing soft tissue defect in the knee.Methods Thirteen patients who have lap soft tissue defect in the knee were given caput mediale musculi gastrocnemii island myocutaneous flap.Results All of the flap were achived primary healing,the function of lap were good.Conclusion The caput mediale musculi gastrocnemii island myocutaneous flap can be used to repair the soft tissue defect in the knee(except the lateral of the knee). |
