| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨女性生殖系统肿瘤发生与ABO血型抗原分布关系。方法 以912例壮族健康妇女作为对照组，以749例壮族妇科肿瘤患者作为观察组，分别进行ABO血型表现型及基因频率分布分析。结果 女性生殖系统肿瘤与ABO血型分布均无统计学意义。结论 宫颈癌、卵巢肿瘤及子宫肌瘤的发生与ABO血型无显著相关性关系。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To probe the relativities among the ABO blood types and the occurrence of gynecological tumors.Methods The phenotype and distribution of the gene frequency of ABO blood types of 749 Zhuang monorities women with gynecological tumors were compared and analyzed with 912 healthy ones.Results There was no statistical significance among the ABO blood types and the occurrence of gynecological tumors.Conclusion There was no significant relativities among the occurrence of cervical cancer，ovary tumor and leiomyoma and the ABO blood types. |
