| ［摘要］ 目的 分析中青年脑梗死的发病危险因素、临床特点，以指导治疗。方法 回顾性分析86例中青年脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果 主要危险因素为高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症所致动脉粥样硬化、吸烟、饮酒、高同型半胱氨酸血症等。结论 中青年脑梗死发病率呈逐步上升趋势，病因复杂，除了常见原因之外尚需注意少见的原因，临床表现个体差异大，治疗应个体化。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the risk factors of cerebral infarction in young and middle aged patients with cerebral infarction,and clinical features,to guide treatment.Methods The clinical data of 86 young and middle aged patients with cerebral infarction were restrospectively analyzed.Results The main risk factors were hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and smoking,alcohol consumption,high hyperhomocysteinemia etc.Conclusion The incidence of cerebral infarction in young and middle aged people increases gradually.Its causes is complex.In addition to the main causes,the rare causes is still needed to pay attention. The individual differences in clinical presentations is large.So its treatment should be individualized. |
