| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在颈部神经鞘瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法 对比分析30例经手术及病理证实的颈部神经鞘瘤的MSCT的横断面及其多平面重建（MPR）表现。结果 30例神经鞘瘤中，位于颈动脉间隙22例，椎旁间隙肿瘤8例。MSCT平扫见肿块内密度均匀9例，其内表现为均匀软组织密度，或均匀类囊样密度；密度不均匀21例，其软组织密度内可见更低密度影，并见2例高密度钙化。MSCT增强见肿块呈均匀明显强化9例；不均匀强化21例，病灶内可见增强部分呈斑驳样，形态不规则。结论 MSCT可以清晰地显示颈部肿瘤与邻近血管、椎间孔和椎管的关系，对颈部神经鞘瘤的定位及定性有重要价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT）in the diagnosis of cervical neurilemmoma.Methods Axial MSCT and multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) images of thirty cases of cervical neurilemmoma proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed.Results Twenty-two cases were located in carotid space，sixteen cases were located in the paravertebral space. MSCT plain scan indicated that there were nine cases with uniform density, the other with uneven density. Homogeneous mass showed uniform soft tissular density or capsule density. Inhomogeneous mass showed lower density in soft tissue, and there were two cases with high density calculus. There were nine cases with markedly homogeneous enhancement by enhanced MSCT, the other twenty one cases were inhomogeneous enhancement, while inhomogeneous enhancement showed mottled enhancement, with irregular shapes.Conclusion MSCT could clearly show the relationship between tumor and the surrounding blood vessels，intervertebral foramen and vertebral canal, it has an important value in the localization and qualitative determination of cervical neurilemmoma. |
