摘要:
[摘要] 帕金森病是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来,越来越多的研究表明线粒体DNA突变在帕金森病发病中扮演着重要的角色,改善线粒体功能为帕金森病的防治带来了新的思路。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Parkinson′s disease is one of the most common neurodegenerative disorders,the pathogenesis is still not well established. In recent years, many studies have suggested that mitochondrial DNA point mutation may play an important role in its pathogenesis, in addition, improvement of mitochondrial function may bring some new insights for the prevention and treatment of parkinson′s disease.
