| ［摘要］ 肝叶切除手术是治疗肝脏占位性病变的一种重要方法。由于肝脏解剖结构的特殊性，手术过程中常面临大出血的危险，需大量输入红细胞、血浆等制品，使病人又面临大量输血等并发症的危险。因此在肝切除手术中采取综合措施进行血液保护，已成为临床手术麻醉中的热点问题。本文就各种血液保护措施在肝脏手术中的临床应用作简要综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The hepatolobectomy is an important method in treating liver occupying lesions. Because of the special structure of the liver anatomy, the petients often face the risk of bleeding in hepatolobectomy, and need to infuse a lot of red blood cells, plasma and so on.Which made patients to face the complications of massive transfusion. Therefore, using an integrated blood conservation measures has become a hot issue in the during of liver resection. This article summarized a variety of blood conservation measures in the clinical application of hepatolobectomy briefly. |
