| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨尿液基细胞学和核基质蛋白22（nuclear matrix protein22，NMP22）对膀胱癌诊断的临床价值。方法 对208例膀胱癌疑似患者的尿液进行液基细胞学检查，对42例膀胱癌疑似患者的尿液进行NMP22检测，同时，将两种方法结果与组织病理学诊断结果对照，评估它们对膀胱癌的临床诊断价值。结果 尿液基细胞学和NMP22的敏感度分别为71.6%和80%，特异度分别为99.3%和72.7%，阳性预测值分别为97.7%和72.3%，阴性预测值分别为89.6%和80%。结论 在膀胱癌临床诊断中，尿液基细胞学是一种无创伤性、特异度高、阳性预测值好的诊断方法，液基细胞学与核基质蛋白22联合可提高对膀胱癌诊断的敏感度。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical value of urine liquid based cytology and NMP22 in the diagnosis of bladder cancer.Methods Urine samples from 208 patients suspected of suffering from bladder caner were detected by liquid based cytology, urine from 42 patients suspected of suffering from bladder caner were detected by NMP22 test, both of results were compared to subsequent histopathology to analyze the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value, and positive predictive value of diagnosis for bladder cancer.Results The sensitivity of liquid based cytology and NMP22 was 71.6%,80% respectively; the specificity was 99.3%,72.7% respectively; the positive predictive value was 97.7%,72.3% respectively;the negative predictive value was 89.5%,80% respectively.Conclusion Liquid based cytology was a non-traumatic way of diagnosis, the specificity and the positive predictive value are very high. NMP22 test can increase the sensitivity of liquid based cytology. |
