| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨早期Ⅲ类错（牙合）的良好矫治方法及最佳治疗时机。方法 随机选择我科门诊100例安氏Ⅲ类错（牙合）的病例，年龄3～6岁，随机分为两组，一组采用改良式（牙合）垫矫治器进行矫治，另一组用传统（牙合）垫式矫治器进行矫治，进行对比观察，分析矫治前后的软硬组织变化，评价治疗效果。结果 矫治前后上下颌骨位置、恒切牙胚位置及软组织均有改善，与传统（牙合）垫式矫治器组相比，改良式（牙合）垫矫治器组上述指标的变化更明显、更理想。结论 改良式（牙合）垫矫治器同时具有机械及肌能矫治的双重作用，可以同时改善上下颌骨的位置关系而且疗程短、见效快。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To search an appropriate method of remedying the patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion and the best correction time.Methods One hundred 3～6 years old patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion were randomly divided into 2 groups, One was treated by reformed move appliance, another was treated by tradition move appliance. After correction the changes of soft and hard tissues were evaluated and analyzed.Results There were more significant efficiency in the clinical correction and measurement of the changes in the position of mandibular anterior teeth, the concave profile,and soft tissues improving in the group treated by reformed move appliance than those in the group treated by tradition move appliance.Conclusion The reformed move appliance has both the mechanical and myofunctional effects and befits to patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion who have scattered space in mandibular anterior teeth and can effectively improve the concave profile. |
