| ［摘要］ 目的 观察应用比亚芬乳膏预防鼻咽癌急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法 将80例需要放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者分为两组,40例在第1次放射治疗后给予比亚芬涂抹（治疗组），40例行常规放射治疗（对照组）。结果 对照组和治疗组均发生了程度不等的皮肤反应。轻度放射反应(Ⅰ+Ⅱ度)对照组为35%(14/40例),治疗组为82.5%(33/40例)。较严重的放射反应（Ⅲ+Ⅳ度）对照组为65%(26/40例),治疗组为17.5%(7/40例)。皮肤反应发生剂量对照组为82.5%(33/40)出现于照射40 Gy以前,治疗组为37.5%(15/40)。结论 比亚芬能有效地预防鼻咽癌放射性皮炎的发生,可保证放射治疗的顺利进行。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of biafine cream in preventing irradiation-induced skin injury of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Eighty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups: 40 patients in the treatment group received a biafine cream application following the first radiotherapy, while 40 patients in the control group received no application of the cream, only followed normal procedures for conventional radiotherapy and health education. Results The irradiation-induced skin reaction occurred in both the treatment group and the control group. A mild radiation reaction (grade-Ⅰ and Ⅱ) occurred in 82.50% of patients (33/40 cases) in the treatment group and 35% of patients (14/40 cases) in the control group. A serve reaction (grade-Ⅲ and Ⅳ) occurred in 17.50% of patients (7/40 cases) in the treatment group and 65% of patients (26/40 cases) in the control group (P<0.01). When the radiation dose was below 40Gy, the skin reaction occurred in 82.5% of patients(33/40) in the control group and in 37.5% of patients(15/40) in the treatment group(P<0.01). Conclusion Biafine cream can effectively prevent irradiative dermatitis and ensure uneventful radiotherapy. |
