| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨泼尼松联合中药肾炎康复片治疗原发肾病综合征的疗效。方法 49例原发肾病综合征分为两组，中西医结合治疗组25例，采用泼尼松合用肾炎康复片治疗；对照组24例，单用泼尼松治疗。观察两组治疗前后血浆白蛋白、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白的变化及药物副作用。结果 治疗组总有效率84.0%，对照组总有效率49.9%，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。24 h尿蛋白、副反应发生率差异比较也有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 泼尼松结合中药肾炎康复片治疗原发肾病综合征有较好疗效，且较少发生副作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To research the effect of shenyankangfu tablet and prednisolone on nephrotic syndrome.Methods First 51 patients diagnosed as nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups.The treated group (25 patients)was treated with shenyankangfu tablet and prednisolone,the control group (24 patients) was treated with prednisolone. Before and after treatment,the blood serum albumin,serum creatinine,urine protein quantity per 24 hours and the side effect of medicine were oberserved.Results The total effective rate of the treated group was 84.0%, that of the control group was 49.9%.There was a significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prednisolone combined with shenyankangfu tablet has better effect on nephritic syndrome.It′s side effect is less. |
