| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨应用有限内固定加外固定支架治疗胫骨Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法 使用有限内固定加外固定支架治疗胫骨Ⅲ型Pilon骨折16例。结果 所有骨折全部愈合，平均6个月，根据Mazur踝关节功能评分标准，优良率为81%。结论 应用有限内固定加外固定支架治疗胫骨Ⅲ型Pilon骨折，能最大限度地保留骨折处血供，能稳定骨折对位，且手术创伤少、并发症少、疗效肯定，是治疗胫骨Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的一种好方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effect of the limited internal fixation plus external fixation supporting frame in the treatment of tibia Ⅲ type Pilon fractures. Methods The limited internal fixation plus external fixation supporting frame was used to treat 16 cases with tibia Ⅲ type Pilon fractures. Results All fractures were healed with an average of 6 months,and according to Mazur anklebone function grading standards, the excellent rate was 81%. Conclusion The application of limited internal fixation plus external fixation supporting frame can maximally reserve the blood supply at the site of fracture, stabilize the fracture alignment, and has less the surgery trauma, few complications and affirmative curative effect, it is a good way for treating tibia Ⅲ type Pilon fractures. |
