| ［摘要］ 目的 研究改良张力带手术治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法 采用改良张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折38例，其中粉碎性骨折11例，术后对其疗效进行评估。结果 术后随访6～24个月，34例病人取得了良好效果。结论 采用改良张力带手术治疗髌骨骨折效果可靠，包括粉碎性髌骨骨折同样效果良好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To stuty the clinical effects of the surgical treatment of patellar fractures with tension band.Methods The modified tension band fixation were used for the treatment of 38 cases patellar fractures,including 11 cases of comminuted fracture and their postoperative efficacy were evaluated.Results Patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months.Of them 34 patients achieved good results.Conclusion Use of modified tension band in the surgical treatment of patellar fractures including comminuted fracture of patella,has a reliable, good results. |
