| ［摘要］ 艾滋病传染性强，死亡率高，目前尚无根治方法，严重危害社会及经济的发展。其自然病程大部分处于无症状期，如何延长无症状期，延缓病情发展，延长患者的寿命，是医学界的一个重大课题。艾灸疗法安全有效、操作简便、成本低廉，有其独特优势，在中医“治未病”思想的指导下，对HIV感染者进行艾灸早期干预，可以疏通经络、调整脏腑功能，还可稳定或提高机体免疫力，改善临床症状与体征，减少机会性感染及肿瘤的发生，从而达到降低患者发病率及死亡率，提高生存质量的目的。 |

| ［Abstract］ AIDS is a contagious disease, with high mortality.There is currently no cure for this disease.It is a serious threat to social and economic development. Most of the natural course of the disease is in asymptomatic period.How to extend the asymptomatic period, slow progression of the disease, prolong life, is a major medical issue. Moxibustion therapy is safe and effective, simple, low cost,and has its unique advantages. Under the guidance of the “zhiweibing” thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine, early treatment of HIV infection with moxibustion, can dredge meridians, reconcile organs function, and stabilize or improve immunity, improve clinical symptoms and signs, and to reduce incidence of opportunistic infections and tumors. In short moxibustion can reduce patient morbidity and mortality,and improve the life quality. |
