| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨雾化吸入布地奈德及沙丁胺醇治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期（acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法 选择80例确诊为AECOPD的病人，并随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例）。治疗组在常规抗感染、止咳化痰等综合性治疗的基础上，加用生理盐水加布地奈德混悬液和沙丁胺醇原液雾化吸入治疗，2次/d；对照组在常规抗感染、止咳化痰等综合性治疗的基础上，加用生理盐水加沙丁胺醇原液雾化吸入治疗，2次/d，7 d后观察两组肺功能及临床症状相关指标的改善情况。结果 治疗组肺功能改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01），疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 雾化吸入布地奈德和沙丁胺醇治疗AECOPD较单用沙丁胺醇疗效好，对临床治疗具有指导意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investignte the clinical curative effects of atomization inhalation budesonide and salbtamol in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD).Methods Eighty patients with diagnosed AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group. On the basis of conrentional treatment such as anti-infection, relieving cough and reducing phlegm，etc，the treatment group was treated by atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension and salbtamol solution in saline，twice a day，for 7 days； while the control group was treated by atomization inhalation of salbutamol solution in saline，twice a day, for 7 days and the improving conditions of lung function and clinical symptoms were observed.Results The improvement of lung function and curative effects in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effects of atomization inhalation of budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of patients with AECOPD is superior to that of single salbutamol, and it is worth clinical promating. |
