| ［摘要］ 目的 观察龙利润燥胶囊治疗神经精神障碍阴虚火旺证的疗效及不良反应。方法 将120例神经精神障碍阴虚火旺证者随机分为两组，对照组常规西医治疗，治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上合用龙利润燥胶囊，于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6周末分别以简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）和汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）的总分减分率及不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和安全性。结果 两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组改善烦躁和便秘症状较对照组明显（P<0.01），治疗组不良反应出现的频率较对照组低且轻微。结论 龙利润燥胶囊治疗神经精神障碍阴虚火旺证疗效满意，它能改善患者烦躁、便秘等主要症状，减少精神科用药量，减轻精神药物副反应，安全性好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the therapeutic effect end adverse reactions of long li run zao capsule in the treatment of neuro psychiatric disorder patiens with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Methods A total of 120 neuro psychiatric disorder patients hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received general medical treatment; besides the general medical treatment, the study group was trented with Long li run zao capsule.Before the treatment and at the end of 1,2,4,6 week after of treatment BPRS,HAMA and TESS were used for assessing the efficacy and safety.Results There were significant differences (P<0.05) in effect between the two groups. The improvements of irritability and constipation in the study group were much more than those in the control group (P< 0.01), moreover the frequency of the adverse reactions of the study group was lower and its degree was milder than the control group.Conclusion Long li run zao capsule has certain effects in the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorder patients with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, it could improve the irritability, constipation, and other major symptoms of these patients, reduce the dosage and the side-effect of psychotropic drugs, moreover has good security. |
