| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨扁桃体周围脓肿发作期的最佳治疗手段。方法 回顾性分析116例扁桃体周围脓肿发作期行手术治疗的过程及术后治疗情况。结果 全部病例经扁桃体切除术后治愈出院，无一例出现并发症。结论 扁桃体周围脓肿发作期间行扁桃体切除术能迅速解除患者痛苦，脓肿切开引流和扁桃体切除两次手术一次完成，节省患者住院时间及费用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To expore the best treatment methods for peritonsillar abscess in the abscess attack.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed surgical procedure on and postoperative treatment of peritonsillar abscess in abscess attack in 116 patients.Results No complication was found in 116 patients and all patients were cured after tonsillectomy.Conclusion Tonsillectomy can quickly relieve pain of patients in peritonsillar abscess attack.Because the abscess incision and drainage and the tonsillectomy were performed at the same time, so save time and cost of hospitalization of patients. |
