| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨早期应用卧式功率自行车及电动起立床训练对急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者功能恢复的疗效。方法 59例急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为两组，对照组（29例）采用常规药物、针灸及康复训练，治疗组（30例）在对照组治疗的基础上加用卧式功率自行车及电动起立床站立训练，治疗时间为4 W。两组治疗前后分别评价患者的平衡功能、运动功能及日常生活活动（ADL）能力。结果 治疗组治疗后患者的平衡功能、运动功能及ADL积分显著改善（P<0.05或P<0.01），效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 早期应用卧式功率自行车及电动起立床站立训练治疗急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者较常规治疗方法疗效更好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effects of functional recovery of early intervention of horizontal power bicycle and electric standing bed in the treatment of patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke. Methods Fifty-nine patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=29) were treated by conventional medicine, acupuncture and rehabilitation training; on the basis of above treatment of control group, the treatment group (n=30) were treated by using horizontal power bicycle and electric standing training with electric power standing. The treatment time was 4 weeks. The balance function, motor function and ADL in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, balance function, motor function and ADL points significantly improved in two groups (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). The effects of treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of early intervention of horizontal power bicycle and training with electric power standing bed in the tretment of patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke is better compared with that of the control group. |
